The AZS membership card is a document confirming your membership in the University Sports Association (AZS) and enabling you to participate in the activities of our sections. Its additional advantage is the form of the ISIC card, thanks to which each of our members automatically receives the possibility of using the international system of discounts for students. For the safety of the participants of the sections - as well as the teachers - within the membership fee, the card holder also receives accident insurance.
DECLARATION AND MEMBERSHIP FEE
Starting from the academic year 2020/21 the application for a membership card will be completed and paid only on-line. After paying the fee, the card is available in electronic form.
